Do you require a contract?
No contracts required. You can pause or cancel your service at any time with 48 hours notice.
What if I need to skip a visit?
Just let us know 24 hours in advance and we'll reschedule at no charge.
Do you provide supplies (bags, litter, etc.)?
We bring all bags and disposal supplies. For litter box cleaning, we can supply litter for a small additional fee, or you can provide your own.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards. Invoices are sent after each visit or monthly for recurring plans.
Is there a setup or first-visit fee?
No setup fees. Your first visit is priced the same as all subsequent visits.
